Print it, pack your item securely, and drop it off at any post office near you. That is it. No phone calls. No waiting on hold. No back and forth emails. Once we receive your return, we inspect the item to make sure it is in original condition. This usually takes one to two business days. After that, we issue your refund back to your original payment method. You will see the money in your account within three to seven business days depending on your bank or credit card company. What about return shipping costs? If you are returning because the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made a mistake with your order, we cover the shipping completely. Just send us a photo of the issue and we email you a prepaid label right away. If you are returning for any other reason like changing your mind or ordering the wrong size, the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund. Contact us within fifteen days of the estimated delivery date and we will either resend your order or give you a full refund. You are never left holding the bag for a package you did not receive.
